DIRECTOR

John O'Hare Since graduating from WAAPA in 1988, John O’Hare has established a diverse career as an actor, teacher and director. Some of his stand-out credits as a director include Stitching (Griffin Theatre Company), Shakespeare R&J (Bell Shakespeare), Wolf Lullaby (Playbox), and Blue Remembered Hills (Brink Productions, Belvoir St Theatre). John is co-artistic director of the acclaimed theatre company O’Punksky’s for which he has directed several productions including The Gigli Concert. He has directed numerous student productions for NIDA, WAAPA and QUT and has been Head of Acting at the Actors College of Theatre and Television (ACTT) in Sydney since 2005.
